If by "healing better" you're talking about using better stims for HAM healing, then go for pharm 4. It allows you to use stim D's.

At pharm 4 you can even use stim Es that are experimented on ease of use. I suggest you rethink getting diag 3 and instead get first aid 3 and pharm 4. IMO that would be the best use of your skill points.

I have enough skillpoints to get 2 level 3 boxes and one level 4. I'm going with diag 3 but I'm not sure whether first aid 4 or pharm 4 will allow me to heal better. Can I use Stim Ds at pharm 4 or should I just get first aid 4 instead? I'm not fussed about quick heal I just want to be able to heal the best I can.

It sounds like a choice between 3340 and 4330, actually ... I'd do something a bit different, like 4140 ... better heals and stim Ds (or MU40 Es), by sacrificing some speed. Better heals means you can spend more time trying to kill whatever's causing the damage you need to heal.

I meant to say best not better really. The reason I want to take diag 3 instead of 414 is that it will allow me to take a better support roll in the group so being able to heal more often is very useful. I also want the "drag incapacitated player" ability.
And yes it is a decision between 4330 and 3340. It seems like 3340 is going to be the best option because of MU 40 Stim Es.
I guess I could have been a bit clearer but thanks for the advice guys.
