Has anyone else had the same problem today. Every time I try and heal damage, it says I must wait to do that. No matter where I am or who I am trying to heal, I have to wait.

I spoke to another medic and he had the same problem with Stimpacks. Medpacks didn't seem to be effected, but I can't make them yet. Any ideas?

How long did you wait, and what skill do you have for Diagnostics? Which server?

I just tried it and it worked fine (??)

I am on Chilatra server, in Coroset City. I have Diagnostics 1. I have waited over an hour or two. Still can't use them. Like I said, another medic had the same problem in the Coroset Med Facility.

sounds like a bug to me. The onlytime I had trouble like that is in horrible lag but once the lag cleared up I was fine again.
