Has anyone used the BEC's and what are they for? I still can get the idea of what they are for and how to implement them... please respond thankyou

It will be something you use as parts of other medicines...Stimpack-B uses an encapsulator, a controler, a suspention, water, and organics...Something like that.

BEC are vital components for upper level packs.
Example:
Stim B: 12 org 12 inorg 1 chem release 1 liquid suspension 1 BEC
Health/Action wound B: 14 org 14 inorg 1 chem release 1 solid delivery shell 1 BEC
and so on...
