Medic Archive

Anyone happen to know if a non-medic will be able to re-allocate points into medic branches after the CU? I know this will apply to combat professions, and I know that they're considering medic a combat profession in regards to hitpoint leveling - but haven't heard whether or not this novice profession will be eligible for the re-allocation.

Sorry if this has already been covered. I read through the stickies, but coudn't find this info.
