Isaw a guy selling a Personal Crafting Station last night. I did not get a chance to talk to him but does this mean I could get a persoanl chemical and food crafting station that I can take around with me and experiment anytime I need?
Thanks in advance,

Nope. That would be a piece of furniture you would place inside your house and use it there.

You can, however, get a chemical crafting module in a droid which you could take around with you. I assume they are like public and not private crafting stations and I don't know if they give any more or less of a crafting bonus.

Do you still get xp when your droid crafts things for you?

The droid doesn't craft for you; if you pull it out, it's like you're standing by a crafting station, that's all.
It does count as a private crafting station! I had one in Beta, so I know. It also counts as that for any othermedical professionalsstanding nearby, just as if they were by one in your home.

Nothing in game will "craft for you" that I am aware of. Closest you get are harvesters which harvest for you. Personal crafting stations/droids simply allow you to make those additional items you cant normally create when not near a crafting station. It saves you the hassle of having to find one in a new city, etc because you can just bring out your droid and make a Stim pack C for example. Its just a small convenience, I personally dont feel I need one.

Khragon,
They are useful if you are doing a long play session on some of the more remote planets and want to whip up some extra stuff.
