I get this when a character is dead on my radial if I click on the corpse yet I try to use it and nothing ever happens.

What am I missing?

This is an ability you get with Doctor's Wound Treatment IV. You need a recsucitate kit as well, which you can make with Doctor's Medicine Knowledge IV. The fact that the option is there when you don't have the skill is just a tease.

Also make sure it is a fresh corpse....you will need to train your friends not to select the clone facility immediately. My understanding is if they wait a sec, you can revive them. If you watch the corpse, you can see the moment it turns from flesh to bones. I believe this occurs right when they select the clone facility.
