I know that if I surrender a skill I get the skill points back. You always have 250, no matter how they are allocated. My question is this: if I surrender, say, Diagnostics IV because I decided that I really want Pharmacology IV first, do I get the Med XP back in addition to the skill points? Or are the XP lost?

any xp or money u spent to get the skill is gone

but u get the skill points back...

u have to get xp to advance again...

also you can surrender fromthe bottom up..u have to do it from the top down...

i.e u cant surrender pharm II if you are a master medic...prereqs can not be surrendered...
