Thread: Inorganic materials?
Hello kind people of the Medic message board.
I have just recently begun to play this great game and have decided to branch my Marksman into the Medic field as well. That being said, I was wondering what a good way to gather inorganic and other resources was? It seems I can find only organic materials by foraging and that is a slow and tedious process. Should I rely on the Bazaar for my inorganic compounds where I have to buy them in groups of 100+? Or should I (can I) do what the artisans do and survey for resources? Thanks for helping a new player out.

Radiant, Corellia, Novice Marksman and Novice Medic.
The best way would be to train as an Artisan and pick up a Mineral Survey tool. Then you can sample for all your inorganics. If you get a Flora Survey tool you can also find organics.
Or you can always buy a harvester, but that costs a bit of money to upkeep, so you mightwant to wait for that.
