Thread: Macro for Selecting GroupMembers

I recently saw a post where someone was setting up a Macro for /groupmember1 ; /healdamage.
I tried this myself and it will not select the person. I tried just using /groupmember1 and it is an unrecognized command. So I'm wondering, is there a way to make a macro to select a group member then heal them? I know Ctrl+# works. But when in the heat of battle my hands get a little tied up when i have more then 5 people in my group. Thanks in advance.

I usually go intoa fight and wait for the "puller" in the group to shoot then I hit my /follow;/assist macro. I then hit alt and go into mouse mode. This allows me to actually just click on the team member in the group list and then hit my heal macro /follow;/pause 5;/healdamage;/assist.
