so that we can identify the secondary injuries

also i would like to see things spiced up a bit the click, wait 30 sec click, gets old after while

maby a bacta tank that medics can operate the player steps in and a certain anount of bacta fluid is installed and that fluid is used up healing health and action wounds once the bacta tank is loaded the medic is free to treat someone else or create more bacta fluid

the tank stops either when the player leaves or when the fluid has run out

fluid can only be pit in by a certified medic

I dont know about the bacta idea, but a scanner would be awsome. Its so annying having to ask people "any other wounds". Then they check and have to go like 55stam 34quick ...... blah blah. Plus having a scanner would make healing more involving even if its just one tool.

we've been asking for /diagnose for a long time and Holo actualy said, he thought, it was already in game at one point but it got halted somewhere due to PvP concerns. It should be coming soon though (i hope)

I just have 6 macro buttons, onefor each of the non-blue stats. You dont have to type every time so its quicker to find a wound. Just target the patient and hit macros until you find a wound.

I really like the scanner idea. It should be something that requires a skill to use that is granted at a low level of medic. Also gives crafters 1 more item to make that will be in high demand. There could also be a scanner component for medical droids to scan outside of a hospital, camp, etc. If the worry is that players can use it to scan others to decide how to attack someone in PVP or something then only allow scanner use where you can heal wounds. Finally if that is to complicated a /diagnose command would still be appreciated, even if it only works on players sitting on a medical bed or something.

Just type /healwound you only have to specify a type of wound if your are using /tendwound.

If it is a PvP issue then I propose they not make it a basic skill of the medic, but somewhere on the 2nd or third tier. This way they can discourage the use of this by making people use skill points to have it.

Hi,

That's not a bad idea. Maybe have it show up in Diag 3 or 4, and maybe incorporate it as a scanner like suggested, and only Org Chem 3 or 4 can craft it?
