i am only interested in healing my own demage(not wound), which tree do I need?

It depends... you dont really need any tree if you just want to use Stim B's on yourself. But if you want to heal more damage per use, you need to climb the First Aid tree. If you want to heal yourself faster between each stim, then you need Diagnostics, and if you want to use Stim C's and above to heal yourself, you need to climb to Pharm III at least. These same principles can be applied to healing others as well.
