someone told me that for your fs slot to unlock you should train from the npc for master. Sounds like just some dumb crap... anybody have thoughts on this?

doesnt make a difference, just because many people who unlcoked have done it from npcs is prolly why he said that. These people did that cuz theyre grinders, and just wanted to get master really fast, and didnt wait around for someone to train them, with all thier money they went straight to the npc trainer.

iv'e heard that if you are in your bra/and or underwaer or if you can be naked you can regain faster it it true ?????

regain mind? yes.. if u take of armor but if u have clothing on it doesnt matter

also if u sit down it regains faster...

its because of the whole "Encumberance" thang

Actually you regen all your HAMs faster without armor (not just mind). You won't really notice it much if you have good buffs to your constitution and stamina, but the encumberance does affect them all.
