if you have pharm 3/med use 30, could you cure all your states such as blind/dizzy/stun/intimidate. i was looking at some of these state stimpacks, had med use 30. was wondering if this is possible and viable

just like every other healing action, there is a skill required:

/healstate

which is located in the novice Doctor skill box
