Pay someone to macro tumble to kneeling while you hit him with Stim A's every 12 seconds or so

Or ask a dancer/musician to burn action. I use a macro with my master dancer that burns my action bar dry in about 4 seconds. I am at work atmbut as far as I can remember the macro looks something like this:
/startdance exotic2;/flo 1;/flo 1;/dazzle;/dazzle;/flo 1;/spotligh:/stopdance;/macro burn

Have someone use a tumble macro and make yourself a stim b macro and leave it for about 5 minites and wait until the stims run out and swich

They need pauses in that macro... I think Dazzles can be fired off every 3 seconds.

I had someone Macro Tumble for me. I was 0/0/0/0 and within 3 hours I'm 4/4/4/0.

I prefer the dancer method. Mainly because tumbling to me is a bit dodgy as it wasn't intended for that use. Plus if you go to AH tavern you can heal the war wounded at the same time as the dancers.

You really want the fastest, and coincidentally the most enjoyable, method to getting fast healing XP? Get into a combat group and heal them in combat. Honestly it will be a lot faster a a heck of a lot more fun than the other methods mentioned here.

I like the combat idea, but what I've done is the following (works well for me as master ch...ymmv)
1) Find command to flame pets as much as possible.
2) Continue healing patients as the come into the med center.
3) Heal pets during downtime.
This method has kept me with a fairly constant stream of xp and gives me time to craft/experiment stims.
I also take trips to the local cantina between rounds to get some quick xp healing all the entertainers and buff my mind.

i sit in the middle of the cantina on coronet and am in reach of 5-6 dancers and musicians. When my guild goes hunting I heal them and get tons of Ranged Support XP as well as I move steadily toward CM

Definatly. Not only does combat give you weapons experience if you choose to use one, but also you basically have a monopoly on people being hurt constantly as opposed to the cantina, where there are almost always other medics healing the entertainers or tumblers.
