Can some one refer me to a nice Medic/MD/MCM grinding guide that will incicate me what ressources I'll need to complete the crafting trees, so I can get ready for it right now?

It's pretty simple. 6 organics and 6 inorganics for each combine.

For medic:

6 organic, 6 inorganic, grind BECs in practice mode. Pick up scout and harvest noobie critters and use their meat for this. Pick up Artisan and sample any inorganic for this. Quality is irrelevant when you're grinding in practice mode.

For doc and CM:

18 Lok wild wheat, 18 Tatooine fiberplast, grind ABECs in practice mode. I like to find the crappiest resources I can find for this; right now I've got a deep crust chem extractor mining the hell out of crappy Tat fiber (OQ 152 or so) for my upcoming doc grind.

Save the good stuff for meds you'll actually use on patients. Avian meat is too precious to be used for this; advanced CM component resources are equally precious and rare.
