I made it to Master Medic already. And in OrgChemIV it says we can craft Stimpacks-D.
But I never saw an option for crafting it even though I stand next to the food&chem crafting machine and have the tools.

Is it a bug!?

...one correction, it makes Stimpacks-D available at the master level, but we still should be able to craft them.

Check the description of the schematic and see if it says "Requires private Food and Chemical Crafting Station". These are crafting stations that can be bought from Architects and placed in a private house. You'll either need to get your own house and crafting station or find someone who will give you access to theirs.

Another option: use one in a friend's house =)

YET ANOTHER option: find a highly skilled Droid Engineer who can make Food/Chem Crafting units, and have them install one in a mouse or R5 droid for you. Just call the droid and bingo!, instant mobile private crafting station.

You will also need factory parts; once you see the Stim-D schematic, you'll notice that it requires 2 identical BEC's, which means they need to be produced at a Food/Chem Factory.
