Hello, I'm new to the medic profession, and I'm trying to find out what the difference is between Heal and Tend. I figured out that one uses medicine and the other doesn't, but they both use the same energy from the Mind bar and they both seem to heal the same average amount of points. So I guess my question really is, when should I use which one?

/tendwound requires no medpacks. The also create mind wounds and Battle fatigue. And i do beleive the xp per heal is leass

/healwound requires med packs. Creates no mind wounds and no BF. Gives more xp per heal.

FYI - The /tenddamage and the /healdamage can both be used out and about where ever you like. However, the /healwound and the /tendwound can only be used when you are located withing a hospital or a camp. Didn't know if you knew that so I thought I just throw it out there

Have fun!
