Which would give me more healing power being able to heal more with a Stimpackc by bumping up First Aid or Using StimD and staying at FA2

Yeah, have Pharm 4 and FA 2, so then you get the advantage of stopping bleeds and the ability to use D stims which heal for much more than C's and with more shots.

Get the extra Pharm. You will be much happier with the stim D's than with the slight healing boost from the extra FA.

I got FA4/diag1/pharm1 with my last 33 skills points and with my 34/440 Adv Stim Bs i heal over 800 regularly when im almost dead. Higher FA also helps me heal bleeds faster, can't really ask for much more.
