hi..

i am not satisfied with my healing power at the moment. i am novice medic, using stim b's with base healing around 300. i heal for 170-450.. but pretty often in the low 200's .... how can i improve this?

i think the fa line would give me a nice boost, but goin for pharm3 and using stim c'swith base around 450-500 is another option. what line gives the better healing ability, where do i heal more constantly for high values?

First, get better stims. A doctor who knows what he is doing can make you crates of 350-400 power stim-Bs in his sleep.

I think you will get about the same results with FA3 and Stim-Bs as you get with no FA and Stim-Cs. So take FA3 so you get the bleed healing as a bonus. But most importantly, take a few minutes to survey the planet's and even the galaxy's pharmaceutical offerings, find someone that is making high quality stims and ask them if they sell factory crates.
