If you are destorying your stims, you should do the Pratice mode and earn the 5% extra experience. I have been just making stuff while healing folks, and have had not real problem yet.

Newb Medic question here.

Im trying to get my O-chem from 3 to 4. I was wondering if there are any tips on the best way to do this. Im only getting 30 xp or so for making stim packs and wound packs. This isnt much. Aside from buying low ql resources, making the stim and then destroying it, is there a more effective way to accomplish this?
