Here's just an idea.... maybe there should be a command to "claim a patient," so you don't have medics or doctors getting mad or disappointed when someone comes in and he/she only gets 50 xp out of someone who has 500 wounds. Then of course if you do that you'll need to add a command for the player to "deny claim" or "deny service."

I think the idea itself is ok, but it would be easliy used to grief as a medic could 'claim' you, and then never treat you or a Novice medic 'claims' you and tries to heal your wounds with A packs that would take about half an hour when you could have got healed by a Master Doctor sitting across the room

I think the whole issue is a respect thing, and you have to respect other medics enough not to steal their patients.
