Unfortunately, the answer is no.

To use a stimpack, you must have the /healdamage skill, which comes with Novice Medic.

Well Ive worked it out so that I can get novice medic and still have 6 SP left for the medic branch. Should I go 1/0/0/0? Or what do you suggest?

Well, the pharm branch is only usefull if you want to take it to III, so yea, using the FA branch to get a little boost out of your stim is probably the best way to go. Though its not much of an advantage, so you may want to consider investing somewhere else alltogether.

So are you suggesting to only get novice medic and put my skill points somewhere else?

Exactly, it kinda depends if you have somewhere else worth while to put those skill points into, So if you do, then yea, just get novice medic (You can use stims A and B) and leave it at that.
