I went covert Imperial and was only able to get XP healing with Stimpacks if I healed Overt Imperials. I could actuallt heal anyone, but was not getting any XP unless the person I used the Stimpack on was a overt imperial.

Also, No matter who I was healing and their Faction... When I was covert, I did receive XP for using wound packs on anyone.

Anyone else have this problem ?
