I find the best use for Jazz (my med mouse droid) is while waiting for a shuttle... I have a macro announcing that im healing wounds until the shuttle arrives for any player with 0 Battle Fatigue. Figure if I'm a stickler they will begin to learn that they need to get their BF healed if they want their wounds healed expeditiously... Also by doing it til the shuttle arrives i dont get cuaght in that endless trap of wounded players running up and seeing someone getting healed. I have a finite amount of time that I'm healing and anyone can see how long i have left at that spot... works well i think...

I've become a wandering street medic myself, although I still hang around the med center a good bit. Most of the time it's while I'm waiting on a shuttle or ifI get bored. I'll start wandering around town with my droid out healing folks that are somewhat low.

How do you get the droid to announce your message?

Longspoon, how does the medical droid work, exactly? I just bought one, but I'm not sure how to use it.

Is the droid able to heal people alongside me, or what? Do I have to train it or something?

As far as I know the droid just allows you to heal wounds outside of the med center. You might have to train the droid with some simple commands (same with every droid when you first get it) like follow, stay, etc.

exactly Aargyle, the droid does nothing in and of itself, it simply allows you the ability to heals wounds outside ofmed centers or camps. You defintiely should spend some time teaching your droid some basic commands but there are no commands for healing, just have the droid out and near you and you are able to do wound heals.

The droid says nothing for me, it simply sits there and beeps like a droid, I make the announcements myself...

The most "creative" use I've seen a med mouse used for...

Someone in a medical center I was running the other night named their mouse "Tips Appreciated". They then set it on a patrol route circling the inner room while they sat and healed.

I thought it was quite hilarious and ingenious.
