I have the Draft Schematics for Stimp C & D; B Woundpacks for Strength, Stamina, Constitution and Quickness but I cannot craft them in my Chemical/Food Tool. They are not listed as being able to be made. I even tried making a new crafting tool and that didnt work

You may need to be near a crafting station to access these schematics. Posting this question in the message board of your profession may be a better way to get help with the finer points of medical crafting.

For the record, it is indeed not a bug.

For "C" kits, you need to be close to a crafting station.
For "D" kits, you need to be close to a personal crafting station (crafted by an artisan).

It never was like that before it was still listed in the crafting tool. As for Stamina B, Strength B, Constitution B and Quickness B, Stimp C, I could make those anywhere.

It's been like that for as long as I have been able to make stim Cs back in May.

Can you also use a droid with some kind of personal crafting station?

you can if the droid has a food/chem station
