Question:
When you have a /healdamage self macro set up, which stimpack does it use? I carry two types, A and B. The latter is for during battle, when I need big healing fast, and the former is for healing between rounds or when traveling to the next target. Will /healdamage automatically choose the stim-B? If not, how do I make do so?

I dont think there is a way to tell the maco to use a certain stimpack. What you can do is get a backpack or satchel. Put one type of stim in the pack and drag a stack to the hotbar. This way the macro uses the ones in your normal inventory and then you can use the other when ever you need it.

If you have multiple Stims in your satchel, will theicon you dragged up to your hotbar continue to pull from the satchel even when the original stim is done? Or will you have to drag another icon to the hotbar in its place?

You have to drag another stim in the toolbar. Don't bother mixing stim A and B in your inventory, use only stim B and the healdamage macro
.
