I see that potency is an attribute that affects how good a stimpak is, but I have yet to find a resource that has a potency rating. If anyone knows what kind of resources have that attribute and are willing to divulge, I would bevery appreciative.

It was removed from materials (but not schematics)long ago.

We have a dev pass on this in the new patch. This should be removed for us, when the patch goes live.
