I dont know why nobody is complaining about this but

Novice medic has the same heal damage speed as a master medic. The only difference is that for novice medic is the GUI msg that you see

For novice medic it is

You cannot do that for 5 seconds

You cannot do that for 4 seconds

You cannot do that for 3 seconds

You cannot do that for 2 seconds

You cannot do that for 1 second

You heal blah blah

blah blah blah

At the master medic you get

You cannot do that for 3 seconds

You cannot do that for 2 seconds

You cannot do that for 1 second

You are not ready to do that

You are not ready to do that

You are not ready to do that

You heal blah blah

Its the same time can we please get this fixed?

Can someone respond and agree/disagree and please inform me if i am doing something wrong or if this was intended action.

speed only increases stim use on other players...if u stim urself ur back to novice medic speed...

Yes but then why does it say you are ready in 1 second and then there are 3 additional seconds to wait?

I will have to test out what you say when i get home but just last night fighting with my pet i am pretty sure i kept getting the you are not ready yet message after 3 seconds....

irarely get u must wait messages on other people just self heal...

and i only get those when im attacking...

if i peace out and dont attack i never get the wait message on others...i do get the 1-4 sec mesage when i spam heal

also i am not in an attack possition and i am not spamming it. I am just tapping my heal button once each second just to make sure im not loading up on my que and it sure enough displays the message the exact second i tap my button...

I count down after each heal that why i mention that after my 3 second count i get 3 additional seconds of you are not ready messages when trying to heal. If this is truely as intended and it does in fact healother is only 3 seconds then they need to change the gui for healself so its not doing a 3 second count down but instead a 5 second.
