I find it quite hilarious that I can't use the stuff I can make. But I get the cool new title of "Stimpack Chemist". Woot! I imagine I can experiment it down to where I might be able to use stim-Cs, but I haven't had the chance to try yet.

No, probably not. You can easily experiment them down to be usable with Pharm III but not Pharm II. There is a BE product that can buff your Medicine Use but like all BE stuff, it seems to be bugged.

I too would say Pharmacy before Diagostics...right now I run out of mind fast enough the way it is.
