Medic Archive

First, how do you gain exp in each Medic field. Next how to you heal wounds (i.e. "/healwounds and /tendwound). Please be specific has to how to use these skills.

You get medical XP from using meds(i.e. stimpacks & woundkits) on other players. You get medical crafting XP from making stimpacks, etc..

If you are brand new to the game and trying to earn medical XP, then i suggest making stimpacks and using them on players on the fringes of whatever town your in. Plenty of new players and old players tryout there skills on the smaller creatures right outside of town. They make great stimpack patients and will appreciate the cut down on there healing time. It is also a great way to meet other players. I also suggest placing your stimpacks into one of your macro's at the top of the screen and using that instead of any of the damage hotkeys. Once you have a feel for being a medic, then you can join hunting groups and heal your group as they hunt.

I really dont suggest spending much time in the medical center as a medic. Unless you are a higher medic that can make extremelly good wound kits , leave the wounds to the doctors.
