Thread: Master medic here but complete newbie on crafting other then Stim A, need help!
Hi, ok first i'm a Master medic that only build stimpack A to get to master level. Now, i got a nice R2 droid with everything I need to craft stim b,c,d. BUT, now its not only a matter using inorganic and organic, its plenty of stuff that I got no idea where to take. I search correlian bazaar (starsider) for about 20 min and find almost no components to build stim b.
I don't want to become mass producer of stimpack, only my own use or so. I need to know a good place (shop or..) where to buy these with ease. Investing time to buy harvester (that I know nothing about) is not appealing to me.. get components, get them mixt in the crafting unit and there u got the stimpack b or c. thats what i'm for.
Where to, for components easily. Thats my question! Thanks
StimBs use the following things in them Inorganics Aka minerals/Chemicals. Water which you can by on the bazzar but better to take the artisian class and put up a water harvestor. That will save you a bundle of money in the long run, It also requires a specialized Food/Chem Crafting Tool that you can get from any Artisian but would be a lot better if you get a master artisian to make you one and then that way you can get one that wont mess up your crafting. You will also need organics aka plants, Meat, hide and bone to make the Stimbs.
You can open your datapad and view the schmatic there and look at all the subparts to it and see what is required.
Thanks Casper but you did not read my post correctly. I ask where to find the more complicated components. I already got crafting tools.
Where to find drug str - bio effect control, drug duration etc etc.
Jackob, you can make the components for stim-b yourself.

For Medic items, what impacts how good or how much you can experiment on an item?
Is it just "overall quality" and that's it?
ok, as someone that is used to just throwing anything into the component slots I have a question for you few that have PHD's
what materials do YOU use to create the best components for stim B's and C's without creating the advanced versions of the sub components?
the best Stim C i manufactured was at med use skill 27 and now that I have pharm 3..
or, I wonder if the resource matters. Like, assuming that OQ and other items were the same would it matter if using a different resource... (not counting advanced)
