I dont belong to either faction and I too think this stinks. I think any medic should be alowed to heal any player. "IF" we are willing to take a TEF for a certain time period. In otherwords, fine warn me that its not a good idea, then give me the option to heal anyways, I accept the risk.

The idea is that you're seen as healing a particular faction and are therefor associated with that faction. In a game of PvP faction fights, it's not a good thing. Also, the idea of factions is that you're against the opposing faction...you're not supposed to help each other but hurt/hinder/kill each other. Hell, as an overt Imp, I can't even trade with a neutral because he's not an Imp...

I chalk it up to Imperial Medical regulations, and leave it at that. Imperial Regs never make any sense anyway, and it usually gets a couple of chuckles in the Med Centers.

I am getting tired of this bug. I group a lot and suddenly I can't heal people in my group. I get the, "I would be unwise to heal this person." message. We're in the same group. We have been killing the same things for an hour. Them blam, I can't heal some one till the whole group logs out. I've sent a bug about it, but just on general principle I hate anyone telling me whom I can and can't heal. If I want to heal someone not in my faction let me. My choice.

Anyways, anyone else encountering this bug?
