Has anybody else experienced a delay in healing while in combat? I don't mean having to wait for your specials to finish before healing. I mean there is nothing in your combat queue and there is a LONG delay before your heal goes out? This is brand new to me since the patch and I'm having trouble keeping people healed because of this. When I'm not in combat or being attacked heals go out at the normal rate. What gives?

Mine is pretty much instantaneous. As soon s it flashes on the screen. . .you heal yourself for so much damage, etc. my HAMS reflect it.

Yes. I can't count the number of times I've seen "You cannot /healdamage while incapacitated" on my screen. While I'm in combat I'll do a special attack, then heal, the do another special attack - in that order. I"ll almost always do both special attacks before I get healed. very, very aggrivating.

The reason for this is that your heal command is being queued in the action queue (without an icon). So if you have headshot1 queued 4 times and try to heal somebody, those 4 shots need to de-queue first, resulting in a very long wait.
I personally use the macro:
/peace;
/healdamage;
This clears the queue and breaks you out of combat, resulting in a near instantaneous heal. There are better ways (I think /ui action clearCombatQueue, or something), but I never bothered playing with them.
Note in the "near future", heals will be displayed in the combat queue, so this will become more intuitive and clear.

Oh, it's hit live? I thought it wasn't scheduled for another patch. Oh well, my mistake.
