Thread: Is medic worth it in this pvp template

K ive noticed in pvp how well these damn docs and novice medics do everytime i get close to killing them with a stun batoni gotta switch to swordsman to capp them and that still takes a while and its not good when raiding a city of the opposite faction. Currently I am Master brawler/Master swordsman/Master fencer/tka 4403. I was planing giving up tka totally for medic 4400 is it worth it????

I'm not a PVPer myself, so I cannot recommend anything along those line. However, if you do take Medic, you would be better served by skipping the Diagnostics (speed) line, and taking Pharmacology instead (4040).
A decent way to spend 14 skill points (plus 15 for Novice Medic)is to go 2030. This will let you heal bleeds and use Stimpack-C's. You will heal around 600 points on average to both your health and action every time you heal yourself.

My current template is close to yours....searching some days for "my personal best template" witch support my master brawler/sword best way....i will go for...m-brawler/sword/fencer 0440/tka 4304 and medic 0040....why doing this? cause i love to play swordsman...as a swordsman i lack of some good defense skills....fencer 0440givesme all the good def. vs. stats...tka 4304 givesme mediation(powerboost/force of will/cure bleeds/poison and disease), again some def. vs. stats and a good amount of melee and ranged defense...medic 0040 for stims "d"....healing with 1 shot for +1k is just sweet...

and since the bleeds where hardly nerfed afaik there is no need for 2xxx in medic...
The only thing i will miss from time to time will be scout 1000 for the terrain negotiation and the ability to harvest some ressources...

That's some good advice I love swordsman too my main is tailor/swordsman and I was thinking of how best to stack myalt. I was thinking master brawler/swordsman/fencer/tka4/3/0/4 giving me a pretty rounded pve/pvp template, but now I'm thinking maybe dropping down to 0440 in fencer as some medic would definately be useful.This means giving up dreams of being a pvp d00d but I think with ns using specials again I'd definately need some Medic

That's some good advice I love swordsman too
Since scatterhit is fixed and most ppl have no uber-acklay-uber-damage-sliced-fencer-weapons imo swords is the better way for pvp by now...stun-armor and psg´s are not hard to get...
i found medic 0040 as a must have for myself...doing ns last night and it safed sometimes my butt...

try this... this is my alts.. and it works great... master fencer/swords/brawler with tka 2000 ( for power boost), nov medic(to use 450 stim b's) and scout 1000 for terraign... perfect template....and of course the right combo of foods
