it is a food that helps healing speed.
it is bugged. do not use it.
why can't someone sticky a post about this in all the medic branch forums?
and just in case you missed the point:
DO NOT USE HAVLA! patch 10 messed it up. you won't be able to heal after using it.

According to Vass thisis currentlyfixed onTest Center. Hopefully there are no issues with the fix and it should be going live soon.

Man, wish i read this *before* i ate some. A nice doc gave me some to play with, along with some healing packs and such. HealwoundHealwoundHealwound ... Yeaaah! This is great! Healdamage "You must wait before .." WHAT!?!

does a havla actually read "havla"? im getting tired of losing the ability to heal after having ate things that boost my con and health. i have to completely log off just to regain the ability to heal. i eat nothing that a person with domestic arts 4 could not make but mainly im consuming those treats, bofea i think?

Havla is a chef food, so if you're eating stuff you make then you've just discovered another bug that I'd really like to test out. Bofa treats are the ones you're talking about I'd say.

yeah thx.i was wondering if "havla" meant foods in general because someone told me it was a food buff.
i just had to log off again 
only it wasnt much of a bother this time. the things i consume are - jawa beer, exo-protein wafers, kanali wafers, dustcrepe, teltier noodles and bofa treats. of those i use the kanali wafers and bofa treats all the time or regularly and i take them by the stack since my health is a low 300 or at least it was. ive changed it now along with my other stats. i dont know if that meansanything but i have noticed, not always instantly, that after the duration of my food buffs end, so does my ability to heal. i get that "you have to wait" message. once i received " you have to wait 1 sec" message over and over. i mean it didnt repeat by itself. it just kept saying wait 1 sec each time i tried to use my stimpack b.

i couldnt see how to edit, which is sad. anyway i think i know why it happens. the ruby bleil drink, something i overlooked taking. the problem seems to be with them,its not just with havlas. ill just have to test it more then again maybe someone else already knows?

According to the patch notes (and a number of test center players), this bug now appears fixed.
