Today I was out on dant killing and lalala etc etc next thing you know my quickness buff dies... so I type /heal self to get my action back up works fine then I said ah well I'll drink a Accagrm it should hold me over in this fight until I can get back to MO and get rebuffed... So I drank the Accagrm which helped some but I still found my self losing action when spamming specials (a accagrm is not as strong as a quickness buff lol..) so yes I had to heal again, once again I typed /heal self... to my surprise it wouldn't let me heal, I got this message:
You do not have the sufficent abilities to Heal Action Self 1.

So I'm like blah dumb bugs and decide to sit out and just wait... Buffs went, Accagrm went and still won't let me heal my self... I've relogged, quit the game, restarted and its been about 6 hours and I STILL cannot heal my self any more...

Please fix this bug grrrrr

Regards,
fritz

Well I read some other threads I guess now that people are force sensitive and such it automatically thinks your trying to do the jedi heal thingy... but I still don't see why I only had this problem after drinking a Accagrm...

Aye.....Heal action self is a jedi ability that gets checked once you become FS...and if you don't have that jedi power after becoming FS, it will give you that error message.

try "/healdamage self" instead

ahh... thank you, I was experiencing this problem too.Previously Iwas fond of /heal self because it bypassed the combat queue (rather than clicking the stim from my function keys which got queued)and was quite surprised when it didn't work, as you can imagine.

Thanks for the info.

for non-FS /heal is short for /healdamage.

Jedi haveother commands, that get unlocked once you're FS. you can't use them yet, but the game already knows them.

/heal is now short for /healactionself1 what of course you can't do (its a command from the jedi-healing tree). You see that if you do /heal and press the Tab button, its always the first command in the list that appears that is called

Just use /heald or /healdamage instead
