The one thing I would really like to see happen to the medical profession:

Add a 'Refresh' button to the diagnose window, so we can see when patients are getting
healing without having to close and re-diagnose them every time. It's a very small
change, obviously doesn't affect gameplay, but its something I find myself doing hundreds
of times a day.
