firstly sorry for the using the sad word uber

whats the best resourcesto make stim b's and all the components? whats the names?

Depends on the server. Resource names are different for each server, and resources change every 5-14 days or so.

For components, crappy advanced components are pretty much always better than the best normal resources. Sometimes I skimp on the CDRMs though because I am low on herb meat.

In the final build of the stim itself.....just use the resources with the best stats (OQ, PE for power and OQ, UT for charges)

When you reach Stimpack Chemist, make advanced components. Before that, use whatever organics/inorganics/chemicals have the highest OQ and PE (and UT for BECs). OQ is always twice as important as the other stat.

Advanced components require more specific ingredients: Tatooine Fiberplast, Talusian Water, Dantooine Berries, Lokian Wild Wheat, Herbivore Meat, Class 4 Liquid Petro Fuel, Dolovite Iron, Domesticated Oats.
