Thread: Medic in a PvP template

I know its not the best template but I am on my way to:
TKM
Master Pistoleer
Smuggler 0/0/4/0
Marksman 0/4/0/4
Medic ?/?/?/?
Medic is the unknown at the moment. Should i go either:
1. 2/0/3/0 - i dont need the first aid bleed heal due to TKM but if i can get hold of a +3 Med Use skill tape I could use Stim C's.
2. 0/0/4/0 - But I think I would still need a +3 skill tape to use Stim D's.
If it counts I am Human. Any help will be appriciated.

With Novice Medic you should be able to use Stim B's, and the advantages of spending so many skill points for the amount of difference between C's and B's isn't really worth it, I wouldn't think. Just buy decent Stim Bs, and you'll be good to go.

I think either your first template or just focusing on the two middle columns would be ok. It depends what you want: speed or quality. If you just want larger heals in each sitting, I'd just go with the First Aid column. For PvP (not that I have that much experiance) I'd go with the larger heals.
Question: If you go up the First Aid tree, u can heal bleed?

Yes, you an ability at First Aid 2 (I think) called First Aid - which allows you to heal bleeds. Doesn't require medicine, either.

For me, the faster the heal the better. The ability to use Stim-C or D is irrelevant if I'm not buffed, and I prefer the ability to throw heals more quickly to keep the ham bars up. For my combat toon I use Medic 0 2 0 0 which allows me to heal quickly. Since I can meditate, being able to cure bleed really doesn't matter that much to me.

First of all, + to med use does NOT work. But having said that, Properly made Stim Ds will be useable at Pharm D. And that IS the way to go. 0040 medic beats any other combo for the same skill point cost vs ability gained. Buy some Stim Ds at 40 med use or lower with at least 900 power. With a BE Med shirt at +25/+25 and using 900 power Stim Ds, you'll heal from 585-1755. With 400 power Stim Bs, same BE shirt,and 4000 medic instead, you'll heal 400-1200.
