hi, i am master doctor and i want to create a new vendor in my mall to sell low-level meds stuff like med use 5 Stim-B and wound packs, etc...

The problem is that i have absolutly no idea how to fix a price on my meds... i agree the power of the meds, the number of charge influence the price, but any suggestions on how to fix a price?

Let take for exemple a Stimpack-B power 400 with 31 charges, its kinda basic.

Thanks,
Dak

On Chilastra, I typically see stimpacks B's sold at around 1,000 credits each.
Have you calculated your costs? If you're interested in making a decent profit, you should make sure whatever price you choose is sufficient to bring in your desired revenue.

I recommend spending some time touring around other pharma vendors in some of the merchant hotspots (Helios on Tatooine or STC on Naboo, for example). Write up a list of prices and stats on their items. Price comparatively. For myself I also offer a small per unit discountfor crates from my vendoras an incentive to buy in bulk. Don't go by what stuff is listed for on the bazaar, that's completely out to lunch usually -- heck, someone evenbought my crappier-than-crap StimA labelled "Come visit my vendor" for 6000 credits!

The price is not set by the cost of your resources, or the price for your time, or by how much it costs to run your factory -- not really. All those factors come into play, but at the end of the day what dictates price is market value and market demand. If it were strictlyproduction costs that dictated price, then high-OQ avian would cost the same as low-quality hides -- it's exactlythe same production cost for the hunter to obtain either.
