Hello,
I propose that inside of a hospital, medics should not sustain mind/willpower/focus damage when using the /tenddamage command, and that the damage sustained for /tendwound should be reduced. Presumably, if you are in a hospital, the doctor has access to hospital facilities to assist him/her in healing people. If you are outside, or in a camp, you wouldn't, so it makes sense that you either use stims/medpacks, or take quite a bit of damage.
