anyone know who makes Specialized crafting tools ???

need them to make stimpacks-d

Artisans make them. Often you can buy them off the bazaar.

I think you get the schematic for a Food/Chem Crafting Tool (that's the specialized one it refers too) with Novice Medic. You can make one in your own GCT.

Stimpack-D's also require Bio Effect Controllers (BEC's) from a factory though, and I forget, but you might need a private crafting station (e.g. one in a house or a droid).

im a master artisan and can not make this tool the name of the tool is "Specialized crafting tool".

You may need a Private F&C Crafting Station along with your F&C Tool.

"Specialized crafting tool" is just the generic term for any of the specific crafting tools. For medicines you need a "Food and Chemical Crafting Tool". I think you must already have one of these if you have been crafting Stimpack C's and other advanced medicines. As other people have mentioned you probably need a private crafting station and a factory to make Stimpack D's.

Artisan cant make stimpaks only medic professions can. Same with camps and traps, only scouts can make them.
