Does anyone know of a way to see the exact number of wound per type that another person has. I would find this highly beneficial and would be very willing to make or buy a tool that does such a thing.

This is what the /diagnose thread is all about. There is no way to do this at the moment beyond asking the patient. The devs want to implement a /diagnose command for this, but they areconcerned that it could be used in PvP to determine an opponent's weaknesses by finding out their wounds.
