I started out with Willpower of 700 and now it's like 635. I've permanently lost 65 points??!!!? This is with no wounds and zero fatigue.

How can I fix this? Why does this happen?

I think it's a bug that's been around since Beta. I've had the same thing happen the past week or so. I've corrected it by eatting food that enhances the particular stat. Once the food effects wear off, the stat is back to it's normal level.

Sometimes logging out outside of the Medical Center works...

log out for 10 minutes and then back in and they should return to normal...

Make sure you aren't wearing ANY armor.
