You need to purchase a Food/Chem Crafting tool that will aloow for making Stimpack-B's.

I just got to organic chemistry 2 and I should be able to build stimpack b. However, the draft schematic is not in my generic crafting tool. Is there something special I need to make a stimpack b or is this a bug?
