Well, I'm almost a Master medic...will be one by the end of tomorrow and would like to know where on the Intrepid server, on tatooine, is the best place to find organic materials. I need some serious amounts of organics...is it worth my time to set up a flora farm, moisture vaporator, mineral extractor and chemical extractor? What do you guys do for all your resources? Let me know. Thanks.

It's very worth your time to set up extractors. Take some samples of the stuff you need (i dont know if samples are planetwide, but every time i sample something it stacks and has the same stats, so im guessing it is), and find the stuff with the highest quality. For me on Tatooine on Tarqiunas its Fruit and Chism low grade ore.When you craft, the percentages you see are how much that particular stat matters. So if it says that a particular stat like Overall Quality is 63% and Flavor is 13%, that means both will affect your product, but OC will affect it the MOST. Find which materials have the highest stats for your needs, then find the highest concentration, then set up harvesters.

on naboo, i've found that wild wheat gives 16% experiment for effectiveness on stimpacks, combine with org chem 4 (5 experiment points) you can get effectiveness to 50% or more depending on your luck.

Definately put down a flora farm.

Go around to a couple of spots and get a small sample of each organic, look at the overall quality, flavor etc according to the formula for the component/medpack you are making. Once you have the best organic to use search around and find a spot with a high concentration near where you spend most of your time, if you don't have good combat skills make sure it is somewhere with mostly easier non-aggressive animals.

I would rather have 2 farms on a 40% in a safe area close to my house and factory than 1 on 95% a 30 mins walk away where tuskans spawn.

A little note: I don't really think it matters what KIND of organic it is as long as it has high stats that goes with the recipie that you're making (for stims its OC, PE, and flavor), but i might be wrong.
