I cannot experiment because I chose to skip steps 4 and 5 of crafting. At some point while I just beginning to craft stimpaks the game asked me if I wanted to skip steps 4 and 5 (of 6) for crafting, i.e. the experimentation steps. It also said this could be reversed. Now I want to begin experimenting but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get those two steps restored to my crafting process. Help?

make sure you are using a food/chem crafting device and are standing next to a food/chem crafting station
