Posted this on the discussion fourm, but figured i put it here too, in hopes of hitting a sympathetic ear...

I would like to see medics in the field who make sure that their group stays alive while taking down a mob get some combat xp for their healing. We as field medics have a much more complicated time switching roles between healer and fighter. If I were to get combat xp for my healing (which makes sense because though I'm not shooting, I'm still experiencing combat) then I wouldnt have to get involved in all the shooting and I could concentrate more on keeping my people alive. It only seems reasonable, perhaps you could get combat xp from healing a player that is currently being targetted by a mob. I dont think this is too unreasonable, what do y'all think?

Hmm, tough call but I agree that getting combat xp as a medic can be a lil tough at times. Getting combat xp for healing would be a bit extreme tho.

Actually its not that particularly hard to get combat xp while healing...you just have to learn to let your guy auto-attack and learn the heal timing...

Once you do, you can heal and attack and still rack up both combat and med xp.

Just learn when u can afford to use specials and when you can't.

Once you figure that out...xp is cake.
