I'm a bounty hunter, thus I have a fairly limited amount of extra skill points to use.

I can either Max out First Aid to increase my effectiveness or the medicine use skill to be able to use Stim Cs.

My question is, what's better, Stim B's with first aid IV or stim C's with no first aid skill.
