Thread: Using factory crates of BEF's etc to make Stim C or Wound B's
I haven't done this yet with Medical supplies (still waiting for Class 4 Liquid Petros to pop on Valcyn so I can make Advanced Chems to go along with my Advanced BEC's and Advanced LS's), but I know it works with Weaponsmithing.
Here's what you have to do:
First, craft each of the subcomponents and make a crate of 100 (or however many you can support, if the schematic requires double, don't forget to make 200 =X). Then, make a schematic using those crates for the big item you're trying to craft. Load that schematic in, load the resources in, then load the crates in. I'm not honestly sure if you can just leave the items in the crates, but I do know that a factory works if you take everything out of the crate and load it in.
However, word of warning, I've bene hearing stuff that factories are bugged right now and the devs are telling people *not* to use them...
Can you use a factory to create advanced meds yet?
I heard this was broken, but that was before big patch. I have create made of BEF, and Chem release thingees and I am running Solid delivery shells now. I am just wonderring if I can put these back into the input hopper.
I assume that I would have to craft/experiment a stim C using a BEF etc from one of my crates, and then make a schematic of that. And I would have to put ingredients, blah blah blah.
Has anyone had any luck using a factory to do advanced combines like this?
